Some very sad news
It is with a truly heavy heart that we share some news we never wanted to deliver. We have been forced to cancel The Bash, and sadly, this time it feels like a final goodbye.
We have poured everything we had into trying to make this year work. We reduced ticket prices as much as we could, spent as much as we could on additional marketing and explored any possible option to keep The Bash going, but with only 23% of tickets sold and the crushing weight of rising costs, the path forward has simply vanished. We’ve reached a point where we can no longer deliver the event that The Bash was — and deserves to be.
I am utterly devastated. The Bash was never just an event; it was something deeply personal to me and my family. My children have attended every year since they were born — they learned to ride there, saw their first live band there, and experienced the freedom and joy that only The Bash could offer. Watching it come to an end feels like losing a part of myself.
That said, I am holding tightly to the happiness it brought:
• The friendships formed
• The laughter shared
• The memories made
We would love to keep creating those moments with you, but the world has changed and the current economic climate no longer allows us to continue.
On behalf of myself and all the trustees and volunteers, I want to say a huge and heartfelt thank you. Thank you for believing in The Bash, for supporting it year after year, and for being part of what made it so special. Your smiles, enthusiasm and loyalty turned it into something far greater than an event — you made it a community.
Right now, the emotions are still too raw for us to look beyond today. We don’t know what the future may hold or whether our paths might cross again in a new way. We need time to come to terms with what this means.
If there is ever a next chapter, you will be the first to hear about it. Until then, please hold onto the happy memories as tightly as we will. We wish you nothing but the very best.

BBB 2024 That’s a wrap!
Here we are, we made it through. Phew!
Thank you all for joining us and being as brilliant as always, we certainly had a blast and we hope you did too. We have so many highlights as always, from all the smiles and seeing so many enjoying being outside and on bike, to Davey Jones send off gig on Sunday night. Amazing!

BBB 2024 Beer Festival Update
With only a few days to go before we launch tickets on 1st February we are super pleased to annonce Vibrant Forest Brewery are supporting our bar again as our craft beer supplier! They are supplying 16 different craft beers for you to consume!
If you cant wait till August, you can buy online, in shops and pubs and at their tap room in the New Forest!

BBB 2024 Band update
It's getting closer to the time you can buy your tickets! 1st February is the date!
In the mean time we can confirm the Trav Cats will be returning, and we've secured two new fabulous bands: ZZ TOPPD and Forever Queen
We have also secured the services of Kim's pottery painting. Something to occupy you between the hectic race schedule.
